Hotel Bellevue
Azguendare :
Hotel Bellevue is a prestigious palace located in Berlin, it was built on plans by architect Ludwig Heim in 1888. It was destroyed in 1928 during the renovation of the district. You can find it on Amberstone in old Leith.

This atypical building built diagonally at 45° is inspired by the Friedrichstraße passage located in the heart of Berlin. On the ground floor, you will find shops such as the Hugo Boss brand created by Brenda.

Oldfarmer :
This is a downtown building (USA style), it is mainly designed to accommodate offices. The top two floors are left free for a future penthouse, with terrace gardens and the possibility of a helicopter runway.
